What beginners mistake from my side. Shortcut I created was linked to old wallet version and never to version 1.2 of Ucoin so that's why I was unable to sync.
Now all going great here are two more working nodes:

I also do not see much sence in turning perfectly working coin to ETH token (while losing every unique feature UCoin had), but I hope devs have some idea on what they do and why they do that.
