I think the hardcap should always be in dollar amount to ensure that everyone gets fair share. Someone who bought in a ico with 1 ether when it was 300 dollars whereas now it is 1000 dollars to get same tokens just doesnt seem fair.

Hi, I'm not entirely sure what you're asking here. But I think it is, "How will we ensure the price stays the same across all the exchanges?". This is a difficult question to answer since even BTC and ETH has price variations across exchanges. But basic market structure will mean that when one exchange gets a long way out of line, there will be people who will arbitrage it away (i.e buy on the cheap exchange and sell on the expensive exchange, until the difference goes away). |

After reading its whole program, I was amaze how quickly they manage and thought of a thing like that. This project is just entertaining, fun and at the same time adventurous. There's going to be a lot of affiliations that will happen in the future. I salute you all SnapCity!
