Hello altcoin marketplace peeps!
I know i should probably do my own research instead of asking people online, but i'm having a hard time deciding and am looking for good advise on which better to trade my 2 BTC for. Do you think i should trade it for DeepOnion or just hodl it for now in bitcoin.

Dude, no offence, is this question a joke? Bitcoin is an elephant, Deeponion is still an ant and needs to prove its usefulness as soon as all their airdrops will finish. So ... definitely Bitcoin. |

Don't put all of your bitcoin to one altcoin, no matter how strongly you believe in that project. That would be stupid. If you really want to go into altcoins than choose more than 1

I think if you just have a small amount of cash to buy coins, then you should buy Deeponion, it's value maybe goes to zero, but it has potential to soar up to a price very high. I the past two weeks, the price of Deeponion has doubled.
If you have a large amount of cash to invest coins, you can use a small part to buy Deeponion, use most of the cash to buy Top 10 coins like bitcoin or Ethereum.
It is always important to balance the benefit and risk.

Putting all your bitcoins into one single altcoin is stupid. Diversify at least a little bit.
Don't get me wrong, Deeponion has potential but so do dozens of other coins who are backed by actual big tech companies.
Put 20% in 5 different coins and you will be able to sleep better than having all your money in one project, trust me.

just hold your bitcoin if you are doubting that bitcoin will never go up again because it is currently dropping well you are wrong instead buy more in dip because it is cheap |

It does not matter what you have at the moment, you would make a choice of assets based on your risk preferences and expectations of benefit. Deep Onion is not better or worse than Bitcoin, just another option for investment. |

If you have 2 bitcoins in your wallet right now better if you hold your bitcoin because they have possible the price of this coin will increase more. So if you convert your bitcoin to deeponion and once this altcoin decrease you lose some profit. Unless you keep holding your bitcoin and wait the price to increase again to make more profit in the future. But it's your choice if you want to hold or convert it to altcoin.

Keep holding your 2 Btc! I believe the price is going to the moon next year. It could hit $25000 in 2018.
Altbough deep onion also has a big chance to go up high and good for investment, bitcoin is still above it.
Holding your bitcoins won't remain a big loss.

My suggestion is: Hold one bitcoin and trade with the second! Start reading through the announcements make a trial account on coinigy and look at the charts daily weekly for example. Buy the bottom and sell on the way up! Its not hard just dot fomo and dont buy the top! There are mayn great projects here no need to limit yourself and only hold bitcoin!  |
