ICO makes more investment opportunities available

when I think of ICO, I regarded it as choosing a stock, which no limitation of countries, government control,and no charged fee from intermediaries, but a total free action of personal investor.

so what we did when choosing a stock can also be applied to choosing a ICO. But for speculators, this may not work.
what's important for a stock? it's not how popular a company is, how expensive the stock, or how people gossip about it.

But the inner value of the company and its product, important much, like how the industry going, what's the competitive of the product/service.
so does to ICO, the project and ideas behind it matter, but also the people who involved in.
Generally all these factors make a project success.

The first sentence is interesting as it's true that with ICOs, anyone can basically get in on an early stage of a potentially great project with ease.
There still are often pre-sales for larger investors, but in comparison to the real world, this type of 'crowdfunding' which funds the majority of a project, is great.

About the values, my thread here contains some information about analysing ICOs, and if you have any input on that please add it as there are too many scams and the like around.
