I get so many aff links saying join this USI Tech thingy saying it’s the best way to get BTC. Went through their website. Would love to know you guys thoughts on this?

Keep away from those sites. The best legitimate way to get BTC is to simply buy it. That's it. Bitcoin is a currency, you just can't join some "investment opportunity" and get easy money without doing much.
