Bonfire events
The Bonfire Event will destroy a portion of tokens from the buyback and the tokens held by the founders if needed. Reduction of BCZ supply will, theoretically, relatively increase the value of an individual token based upon its reduced supply, if the demand is held constant. Announcement and countdown for the Bonfire Events will be broadcasted on our official website and social media accounts.

Bitcoin Zero has been designed to be able to support the long-term and continuous supply burn events. The number of the tokens to be burned will be announced by the Bitcoin Zero team through our official social media platforms. Our team will allocate a 7-days countdown prior to the event to give our investors time to respond.

Project Warlock
New event function designed to accelerate the reduction of BCZ tokens.

Firestorm Event
A consecutive large-scale Bonfire Events. The Firestorm Event will be held in between the Q2-Q3 of 2018.

From the moment you are using the ETH platform, this is more just an eBTC and numerous clones, why not innovate and use another platform? It would probably draw more attention than create another token named BTC and most importantly, why should people adopt their token rather than eBTC?

I don't think it's a problem that they are using Ethereum as a basis. You can still equip the coin with all kinds of functionalities to make it a distinct coin with outstanding characteristics. Not sure though if that is really their intention...

We initially planned to sell the coins to the investors directly, however, selling to the investors directly will brand us as ICO. Some of our team members have had a negative experience in ICOs and we do not want our investors to potentially experience the limitations of us, the developers, holding their assets until the release date.
