I've been advertising with mellow ads for a year or two now and after my last payment all my sites were suspended without notice or reason. I submitted a support ticket to which I have received no response, even after sending multiple replies. I even PMed baztardo who started the mellow ads ANN thread and can't get anyone to respond to me. Is anybody else having issues over the last month or? Is anyone still getting paid? thanks!

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

I stopped to use mellowads after they dropped my payouts by 2500% from day to day. same impressions (shorteners) , and 25x less payout. It was not only me , there was another thread on micro earnings about that. Also they started to use coinhive without warning on zap.in that was very unprofessional. Also i got no response for my tickets, only thing what admins are doing is, they approving ads. So they are active, but acting dead. I think they will run away with advertisers money soon. I hope not, but i have this feeling. Ad networks are very unstable these days.

Hey thanks for the response! It sounds like they're done for then. They even disabled my ads without telling me but still display all their advertisers banners on my sites. I'm currently using bitmedia and coinad as well, both of which have been great but now I'm looking for a 3rd banner network.

I have created an account with BiTraffic, but have read some mixed reviews. I'll run their ads for a week and see how they perform, but if anyone has any solid recommendations for another banner network, please do let me know!

thanks!

cointraffic is ok, 25EUR min payout, paying in BTC.  they have vawes in revenues depending on advertiser demands. but they have good CPM for banner and pops

Mellowads/Zap.in paid me around 20 satoshis for 3,615 link clicks. Each click was validated too because it was generated by their API and paid out via a faucet. All those clicks for only 2 cents? That's absurd...I messaged their mellowads email, zap.in email, and multiple facebook pages more than once to get an answer but I never heard a thing back from anywhere. They seem to work until you need something sorted out because they have absolutely no support. It stinks too because they are such a huge network.

at the end of the day mellow is just an ad network that works as a free market.
meaning that advertisers are basically paying roughly what they think your traffic is worth - if you aren't earning much then that's because advertisers dont value your traffic much (i realise that can be hard to accept for some people sometimes!).
mellow don't fix or manipulate this in any way, other than taking their 10% fee of the daily network pool.
what they do have control over is attracting new advertisers etc - and i am sure they work on this constantly as its in their interest too (their 10% of bigger advertising spend will increase)

i imagine earnings might be down slightly at the moment due to a number of external factors...
1. bitcoin network congestion - slow/expensive for advertisers to deposit funds quickly
2. holiday season in many parts of the world - advertisers may be taking a break
3. bitcoin price fluctuations - earnings in btc are much lower but this is still a high USD amount

in my experience they are still the best paying ad network (probably mainly due to having the lowest fees) - and most reliable (you get paid daily by bitcoin)

Well I will say I never had any problems with them until I did, and now they don't appear to be reliable in any way shape or form. My websites were driving tons of valuable traffic for the last year or so, so it's hard for me to understand why they suspended my websites. They didn't provide any notice that they suspended my sites, they continue to display advertisers ads on my sites as long as the code remains, and they are impossible to reach for support.

It sounds like some publishers are still working with them and getting paid, so they must not be dead yet, but it does sound like their reliability and professionalism is in question with a number of other people having issues as well.

is it for cointasker.com?
if so, then the problem might be your alexa ranking of over 500k
mellow has very strict traffic quality policy and only accepts sites in top 100k currently

They might be best paying for ad spots, but for valid link clicks, they paid me dust. All the clicks were verified! They do have low fees which is a plus, but when/if something goes wrong, you're screwed because there is no support at all. BTC has taken quite a bullish run these past 9'ish months, but it has not gone high enough to warrant 20 satoshi a payout for 3,600+ link clicks. They work well for the majority, but if you ever encounter a problem, good luck sorting that out.

They are back to normal as off today/yesterday, they are being shown and counted normally for me, but they were indeed not working for a week or so.

I stopped using them due to low earnings and the suspended ads issue they've had the past week.

I've got a list of the best ad networks here:

mellowads/moonbitcoin is doing a great job here in advertising networks.
Since they only accepting good websites as publishers they can provide good results for advertisers.

One thing I noticed about their Network Advertising is that they dont record clicks, just views.

Not sure if its intentional or not.

They do record clicks. I've got a campaign running right now which is showing this info.
