Hello bitcoiners,

' I have found a new way to buy n sell bitcoins in the UK
Hopefully!!

My site will be offering
Bitcoins in exchange for Bristol pounds! And Bristol pounds for your bitcoins.
And Bristol pound to GBP in your bank!!!

To open a Bristol account it is Free and to load money to the bristol pound account is all so Free:)
So NO massive changes and no long waits nearly instant!! Smiley
Bristol pound all so offer a text to pay service up to £500 and £1000 online !
Which I  am hoping to use both service linked to the website.

My account with Bristol account is yet to be approved so still early days but as soon as it is it will be full steam ahead!!

Would love to hear all your thoughts on this good or bad??

Kind regards

Hass2web!

How does this help me if I have a GBP denominated bank account?  How do you convert Bristol pounds to GBP?

What kind of regulation do you think you are avoiding by going Bitcoin>Bristol Pound>GBP instead of just straight Bitcoin>GBP?

I am not trying to avoid any regulations at all!

The idea was mainly for people to buy bitcoins in the UK nice and easy!!
Soon as you have Bristol pounds you can text for your bitcoins up to £500
You can't do that with any other text to pay service without a massive fee as far as I know!

I was at a food festival a few weeks back and seen you can text to pay for all sort of things which made me think ummmm I like this!!

There was a guy on the forum a couple years ago who ran a service that let you text for bitcoins in the UK.  People loved that service because if they worked for a company who gave them a fixed amount of phone credit every month, they could waste it all buying bitcoins for some 30% fee.  You might try to find that guy and ask why he got shut down.

Sorry for the bump, but is there any other services like this available? That would be a fantastic way for peeps to get Bitcoins, especially beginners.
