5. the incorporation documents must exclusively state code of Classification of Indonesian Business Sector Standard (KBLI) with number 7710 which is
Commercial Transport Service
6. must have business license (SIUP)
7. All cars must pass and acquire initial periodic test (Keur / KIR) and be extended+re-test every 6months
8. All the cars will be embossed at the chassis and given testing attendance book
9. All the cars will be given special stickers to differentiate which on is taxi online, and the sticker is permanently stick to the front and back of windshild mirror
10. Must have license of the operator of a special lease car (IPAS) for periode of 5years
11. Must have minimum deposit on the bank account, in which also stated legally on the incorporation paper and notarial deed
12. Must have company tax license
13. Must have company domicile, and initial car pools area, which can accommodate the cars
14. All the cars must have TLO Total-Lost-Only insurance
15. Rental Assignment Letter (surat tugas rental)
16. power of attorney for registration (surat kuasa pendaftaran)
17. Drivers employment contract and mutation (komtrak kerja driver dan mutasi)
18. Must have Car Workshop partnership
19. certification of vehicle type test (Sertifikasi Uji Tipe Kendaraan)
