by complaining to uber grab gocar 24hour call centre
Then what will Uber do to respond to complaints from customers?Is the customer just complaining or there are other actions?
To resolve customer complaints as best we can, we fix the shortcomings that customers complain about

I think for car damage is not entirely the responsibility of the customer. depending on the damage of the car itself and can be negotiated with the parties concerned.

Most likely if the strike is borne by FRASINDO
Things like this should be avoided by frasindo itself because it can lose customers because the service is less satisfactory. frasindo must have its own workshop or even work together with a definite service workshop

I think for car damage is not entirely the responsibility of the customer. depending on the damage of the car itself and can be negotiated with the parties concerned.

Most likely if the strike is borne by FRASINDO
Things like this should be avoided by frasindo itself because it can lose customers because the service is less satisfactory. frasindo must have its own workshop or even work together with a definite service workshop
therefore to reduce the risk, it is expected that FRASINDO will have its own official workshop, so that the car is better maintained and always ready for use.

what will FRASINDO do if the team misappropriates ico funds? whether to issue a new token?

ICO funds will not be used for misappropriates, it will only be used to buy cars, and minimal regulation regarding quota and expanding

about the new tokens, that will be related to Child-Projects.. and Frasindo will always launch only the fully build products..
we dont sell ideas and hope to be funded..

we release a fully working company for community governance, and community could observe and vote in everything
a very desirable answer, given the many events just to sell the idea then the funds are taken away. Unexpected events in this community, which makes a bad image to the wider community.

no it do not.., however the rivalry between partners of UBER GRAB GOCAR in rental partnership is..
we tend to lowering the price against rivals, as they do to us
if lower the rental rate of the car, whether FRASINDO will not suffer losses? and is it the right solution to compete with other products?

yes we do, and so all the others, however the government regulation is helping alot in standardize everything

only if we bought the car in Cash, then we could make profit


are users from the US prohibited from contributing to ICO?
with respect to the restrictions of the SEC

User from US are WELCOME to contribute to Crowdsale

the SEC restriction is not bothering us anymore because we already change the concept of dividend into buyback+burn from the market,
so instead investor receive free fras coins from sharing profit,
now investor receive gains of value from the market..

so we did not send dividend coins to investor (but we decrease the Total SUpply)

How often are you going to do that because some companies are doing it on yearly basis and some are doing it on quarterly? The thing you have changed will really improve your standards in terms of token value.

We realize this and already discuss this on whitepaper

it can be sustainable, since we own the armada
and UBER GRAB and GOCAR dont even have any assets, they are all only an app provider that selling expensive APP to investor, until they can have the last fool who still dare to bought the overprice app

yes even if it includes video and images whose name machine can not be predicted when will be problematic or not, we are limited to predict it.
