I my understanding Freasindo is just an underlying layer for Uber and similar companies. So the client (that want to go somewhere) interact with those systems (like mobile apps). To know ban/cancellation rules you should read rules of those apps. (Sandy, please correct me if I am wrong.)

but today we are the one giving so many benefits and advantages, until you found other comparable projects

there is always freedom by anyone to let go the company by releasing your asset to market

drivers usually hangout among them, and share your rejecting data,
meaning you're a scammer/fraud you use free-ride/fake GPS/stealing bonus benefit (send pickup order and reject, until your order got your own phone)

UBER usually charge you each time you cancel, and the more you cancel, the more bigger the penalty, and last driver will ask you for that payment
GOCAR dont allow you to cancel after 3times, and you will have disputes with the driver, since the driver will pick you up anyway
