all the drivers must give their
1. birth certificate
2. education certificate
3. family card
4. good behaviour card from police (SKCK)
5. copy of identity card
6. copy of drivers license
7. and deposit Rp.1000,000 (around $80usd)

all those must be escrow by us, OR, they can deposit Rp.2000,000 (around $160usd) then we dont need their documents

Is that much money just for guarantees, and if the driver stops from FRASINDO the money will be refunded? and is there a special contract from FRASINDO with that driver?
