L3+ Bitmain. To buy or not to buy??

Hey fellow miners,
I am thinking about ordering a batch of L3+ miners, they will arrive in March. The question is, how likely that these miners will become irrelevant by the time I receive them?

In other words, if it happened with D3, will it happen with L3+?

My income from L3+ units has been steadily diminishing each day.  They earned best when NH was offline.. 


Either way, you posted this in the wrong section.  L3's mine altcoins, not bitcoin.

No one can tell you for sure what's going to happen with cryptocurrency !
No one can tell you it's going to be profitable for you or not !
No one can tell you how much profit you going to be able to make ! ( if you can make any at all )
No one can tell you the ROI ( return of investment) time !
None of those calculators you are seeing on the web can tell you what's coming tomorrow , months later or 6 months later !
Those calculators telling you about today , at that moment when you typing in your information !

Are you thinking to orderig ? or you ordered already ? Bitmain dont have any L3++ for sale as of today 12/29/2017

Since you will receive it on March the difficulty on the network would have gone mostly up as many people are buying these devices nowadays making the difficulty of the network go up insanely. Probably would be a lost bet but you can try to buy one if you have a very cheap energy cost as it will not hinder you and will let you mine profitably even when the difficulty is insane. I am talking about energy cost of 0.02-0.04 kwatt/hour.

Actually there is a batch there right now, at $1586. I'm not buying, profit has been going down fast, I hope mine (Dec batch) eventually pays for itself but I'm not sure it will if things keep going this way. To me this looks like another D3 scenario.

30 units i get about 2.1 LTC a day @ 2-240

30 units i got 3 a day early this month @ 100$ and I was happy

I mine less but make more...

It was live earlier today in bitmain site. I assume you know how this works, batches go live sometimes for weeks, sometimes for minutes. It is again showing sold out now.
