Pool (yiimp) that has many algos and many coins and all off them are exchanged to your coin and paid to miners based on their work.
Think about it.
Buy pressure on your coin. Lower fees than BTC even if it reaches moon.

I'm not a technical or developer but want to ask some questions, hopefully, you don't mind about it, no offense.
- fully for community, what does it mean as this is a non-profit coin? what is the purpose of this coin?
- which community? this forum or for everyone in crypto-world?
I appreciate your efforts, but people use a coin based on its utility, this new coin that you want to create, it requires resources to make it stand and you are willing to provide that. But, how about the value of this coin? Back to my question (what is the purpose of this coin?), if people want to use this coin, it should has a value to become a medium of exchange or something.
