when ever I found any news about bitcoin it is negative news , i am confused why traditional mass media always against bitcoin ?
I think media dont know that bitcoin is legal or illegal. Even they also find always bad news. They always expect negative. Few days ago our countries one media company broadcast bitcoins some negative side. But i think that every things have two side positive and negative. But media always choose negative side. |

lack of education and disinformation created the situation where majority of the population thinks bitcoin is a scam bubble. so its makes sense for media to print what people will buy to read. also amount of scam that surrounding cryptocurrencies not helping. on other hand - there's no bad press

not all media like that, not all media makes the news about bitcoin is bad, i think whoever that makes that news they will makes the bitcoin holder do panic sell, and they can buy when the price in the low, so if you meet the news about bad issues about bitcoin in internet you need do some research is is true or false.

media can be very manipulative, if they something to be bad on other's pov, they can do it. maybe they see bitcoin as a threat to something they hold onto? But im not saying that all media does this. You can see and judge it for yourself tho

They always shows the bad usages with bitcoin but there is no real proof expect these people rumour about the bitcoin used for drug and illegal purposes. Till there is no evidence that bitcoin is used by the twin tower destroyers or some other groups. This makes many people fear about to use the bitcoin. As of now I didn't find a single person who explained perfect about btc in media. |

I think they just want us to be aware of scam. We cant deny that scammers also using this to dupe us especially the investors right?

Even i am thinking the same. Much media calls bitcoins as a "BUBBLE" which can burst anytime, but I don't think so. Perhaps traditionally only the hard paper money is considered as currency and digital currency such as bitcoins are assumed as fake or scam currency. more than half of the media is now changed as bitcoins are spread too vast but yet there are a number of peoples/media which spreads negative knowledge about bitcoins. Hope it is stopped soon.

Media not really again btc. Media work according to money so if someone told to them to make propaganda against a certain institution or person they do it as long the price is right. |

It really depends on the people behind the media. There are a lot of hidden agendas regarding bitcoin usage. That is why the media is trying their best to hype up or amp up bitcoins by means of reverse-psychology. With a lot going on with bitcoins, this may attract unknowing investors and invest carelessly on bitcoins. |

if there is criticism or negative news about bitcoin or altcoin in the media, it is indeed their work that can only criticize, in fact the media is the hand of a government that feels jealous for not getting taxes from the transaction currency crypto |

most media do not match the fact that they sell news as if the news is interesting and as a result many people deny that bitcoin has many negative sides, but for people who have jumped into bitcoin world, they understand what bitcoin is. |

In my thoughts in our society now, Media is the one who control by making news.They are like selling which people attracted and fucos what they are going to do.And for me why media against bitcoin because people now fucosing in this kind of cryptocurrency.That's why media think that they decreasing their adds on tv,radio and etc. because people are getting interest and make their own way to be a Bitcoiner Online Investor.

The big corporations could be controlling majority of the media and they are against crypto because it has the potential to replace the traditional banking system. However, all of these negativities they're spreading from the start of bitcoin's rise does not affect or kill bitcoin, in fact, it became stronger than ever. Negative publicities are still free publicities which makes people get curious about bitcoin.

Remember, false news can come from anywhere and with any motive. Well, now that's a lot of crypto money besides bitcoin, and they're trying to compete to rival even beat bitcoin, so it's only natural that there is a negative gossip about bitcoin because bitcoin is the highest money crypto value. |

I have very same thoughts regarding our media. I am from India and media here is disgusting. The presentations regarding bitcoin are as if they are giving some presentation about a narcotic drug which is completely illegal. Its hard to digest such news about bitcoin and the bigger problem is that its when govt. has no illegal point of view against it. |
