You are looking to sell/exchange advertising using your funds on mellowads to just one buyer, right? Unlike offering a service, it is more of a trade/exchange.
I also don't see why you are not just withdrawing the balance, their website says the fee for withdrawal is only 0.0005 btc, that's affordable considering your amount, especially in these times where most sites use a 0.001-0.005 btc fee!
Of course, you could be selling funds gained from their faucet in which case...
