The transaction itself is confirmed so there's no reason for you to be obtaining the raw transaction. What is your objective? Is it to create a transaction to spend your coins? You have to state it clearly.

You can use coinb.in to do it on your own though I really don't recommend you to do it unless you know what you're doing.

Okay, I see. How many signatures are needed to release it? Do you have the key(s) that were used to generate that address?

What client do you use? Some of the clients out there do allow the signing of raw transaction. If not, you can go to coinb.in and get the script. You should do it offline, preferably.
1. Go to verify and validate that the desired address is correct.
2. Go to sign and sign the transaction.
3. Copy the signed transaction and go to Broadcast to broadcast it.

Its in the middle of all steps it says signed 1/3 (Server) the next step would be signed 2/3, well I have only the key for my address where the refund arrived if that is what you asking
I mainly use electrum but also have bitcoin core installed
I did try with coinb.in but when I try to broadcast it it always says missing inputs ... Thats why I asked here

You can PM me the raw transaction, I'll help you from there.

The missing inputs means that the inputs aren't in the mempool nor on the blockchain and that would be a problem. You would most likely have to contact the merchant since its not your fault.
