Ok guys I have a question or two.
This is what is happening, I transferred bitcoins from my electrum wallet about 9 days ago, the transaction is unconfirmed still. Now, if I transfer more bitcoins from the same electrum wallet to the same receivers address using higher miner fees (25 blocks) what will happen to the first transaction that was done 9 days ago. Will it get boosted by the second transaction or just disappear and go missing.
Also if I transfer from a different online wallet (coinspot) to the same receiver address using the highest miner fee, will the receiver still get the second transaction.

One transaction has nothing to do with the other, so sending a higher fee will most likely end up in the second transaction getting confirmed before the first. It depends on the fees of course.

Fees are set in satoshis per byte, which you can check on a block explorer. If you provide the transaction IDs I could look into it for you.

it actually depends on your wallet settings!
i am not sure if Electrum new version added a "spend unconfirmed transactions" or not and i have never checked it otherwise either. but my guess is that it will spend them.

if it doesn't spend unconfirmed transactions then what cpfreeplz is correct, the two transactions have nothing to do with each other.

but if it  does spend them then it depends on if your unconfirmed transaction had a change (which most of them have) and if you spend that change and with what fee.
if you spend it with a higher fee satisfying the Child Pays For Parent (CPFP) then it will "boost" that transaction too, helping both be confirmed at the same time. but you have to pay a much higher fee covering both transactions.

It sure does have that setting... and has had for a while (it was also in the v2.x versions, not sure when first added):

by default, I believe this setting is switched OFF.

Also if I transfer from a different online wallet (coinspot) to the same receiver address using the highest miner fee, will the receiver still get the second transaction.
You can do what you want from a different wallet... it will have no effect whatsoever on any transaction to the same receiver address from a different wallet.

1DSsW... is an address, not a transaction ID.
Your transaction (ID: 1bcc3186ea93b67b3561bc464f6473c8440d66021d2f1a4b0800fefc0325aa93) is unconfirmed because you have chosen a fee of 48 sat/B.
This fee is way to low for the corrent status of the network with 180k+ unconfirmed transactions in the mempool (https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions).
https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ suggests a fee of at least 300 sat/B to get your TX confirmed in an appropiate amount of time.
The best would be you go back to the Child board Bitcoin Technical Support (it seems you already found that) and read the sticky thread at the top named All about "stuck" transactions and what you can do to fix them (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1802212.0).
