Exodus Transaction: "Transaction Hash unable to locate"

Hi,

I've sent some ETh with Exodus and the transaction status is "sent" but when i want to check the transaction hash i get the message from etherscan that it can't find the transaction hash. I've tripple-ckecked the adress and i've paid the suggested fee so it should be ok, but the coins don't arrive. does this mean my transaction is lost?
