Anyone cheated by Changelly?

My exchange for .91 DASH for BCH failed in Changelly and they are giving no solution and support is not answering my ticket. Does anyone know if Changelly has a habit of stealing coins? Thanks!

If they don't give you your money, then file a complaint against them to the appropriate authorities.

The Changelly bitcointalk account was logged into last Wednesday, so they must log into it fairly often.

Whoaaa.. for this is strange  . I have done many conversions using both Changelly and Shapeshift - never encountered this before.
As a frequent user, this is either alarming to see or you should try to trace back if you have made any mistakes during the transaction.

During BTC craze I did saw some glitch with Changelly transaction, before they post all currencies are sold out for around 2-3 days. I stayed out and used my waves wallet more.

Alternatively do try this channels to communicate with them if their support page is not up to the speed you wants

Can you provide the transaction so we can tell what's the real deal? Actually, I thought that changelly stole my coins when I buy from eth to btc and I didn't receive any btc. And when I saw the blockchain it was deposited in different address and I apparently freak out. To make it short, I still receive my coins after an hour and my friend told me that's it's usual in changelly.
However, sorry for your loss and hope you can still recover it.
