Having a bizarre problem I have never had before.

A transaction I made over 5 hours ago has only 1% network propogation to  7 nodes and has 0 confirmations

Any thoughts on what is causing this

DUH

I did quick transaction using blockchain wallet mobile app. It didnt add the fees.

Anything I can do at this stage to add fees?

I have a feeling this is going to sit out there for ever.

It's a large size (4223 bytes) transaction (Due to multiple inputs of transaction) and your fees (Fees: 0.0001 BTC) is not sufficient. So It will take some time to get confirmations.

IIRC, all the tx below min fee are treated as free tx, and will be ordered by priority.
Is my understand correct?

yeah I gathered that, first time I used that app function. Annoying. Anyway I can resend with the correct fees?

Usually blockchain stops broadcasting the transaction if it isn't confirmed within 3 days.  Then over the next 24 hours or so the few peers that accepted the transaction into their memory pool will drop the transaction from their pool.  At that time the bitcoins will once again be in your blockchain wallet and you can re-send it anywhere you like.

Correct.  But for other users of the blockchain.info wallet that send transactions with no fees (or transaction recipients who receive bitcoins that are sent from a blockchain.info wallet), it is useful to know what can happen.

Really? Not used Blockchain in awhile, but, I remember I sent a transaction off to SatoshiDice with no fee, took was stuck in my Blockchain account for days with no confirmation before it went away, then, it came back like a week later for god know's what reason, it finally went away (Got confirmed) after three or so weeks, but, damn it was annoying, kept jumping to the top of my transaction list.

Please ask for a signed message from my on-site Bitcoin address (Check my profile) before doing any offsite trades with me.

There are a few possibilities:

If you did it long enough ago, it might have been before blockchain.info implemented their transaction timeout behavior.

Anyone who has received the relayed transaction can re-broadcast it for as long as they like.  It is possible that Satoshi Dice was re-broadcasting the transaction that they had received until it was confirmed.

If the address that was used to generate the transaction was imported from another wallet (such as Bitcoin-Qt), and that other wallet was still running, then the wallet might have assumed that it sent the transaction and might have continued to rebroadcast it regularly.
