Bitcoin is very slow transaction and fee is rediculus then why people bother buying it or considering it. I have £130 of bitcoin and I want to move it and it is asking for £28 network fee. Why should people bother having it. I can't wait to get rid of it when the fee is low.

I don't know why there are many people say that 'bitcoin is useless', 'bitcoin is nonsense',... because of the low transaction speed, high fee. Most of them are newbie who do not know how to change transaction fee, don't know why it is slow.

That's a ridiculous amount of transaction fee for bitcoin, I'm sending my bitcoins in different wallet addresses but I don't pay with that same fee as yours. When the bitcoin fee is high, I exchange it first in other coins with lower transaction fees.

Bitcoin is very slow transaction , high fee but it's not useless. It is paired with most altcoins in exchanges.

Humans have evolved to hate change, it's nothing new that people dont like an internet currency, but the truth is, the world is becoming digital, and currency needs to make that transition, it is happening and it will be succesful. There are too many Intelligent investors for it not to happen. Sure people are abusing the market now, but wait until it gets regulated, that's is when the big boys are coming in.

The real issue is, everyone buys bitcoin hoping to make money, the smart money will go into the Altcoins with real value. Stay away from bitcoin, it is obsolete and will die sooner or later. Dont stick with it because you hate change.

    Yes, indeed, I am irritated by the high transaction on bitcoins. But still there are solutions to this cause. There are many projects. Why not create such a project to reduce the transaction bitkoyn. This can be done. It will be convenient for everyone to take out cue balloons. It's just that people do not want this or that.

I think that is a false statement, this bitcoin has very many functions and uses, many people can use bitcoin to be used as a solution for transactions over long distances and very fast, sending money from other countries to other countries that are very fast and not too difficult for you and does not require expensive shipping costs.

I don't agree with your point in anyway by calling btc useless which show how you don't understand how it's works , the high fees is solely because of high rate of transaction then which makes so many transaction be in mempool and if you don't forget that miner can only mine in every 10min and that brought about selecting the high rate fee transaction to go first and the less fee transaction remain for hours with no miner picking it that is what brought about the hike in fee then and am sure you are cool now with the fee level which is very low compare to when you wrote this post, we are improving on daily basis as one issue surface then another solution comes, with out bugs technology can't move high so there must be bugs to improve the quality of the technology.

This is why they need a lot of education. I can say the majority of them are lack of knowledge about what the bitcoin is. It is 2018 now and bitcoin is still in the dominance and becoming a store of value rather than a currency. I do hope you did not sell your bitcoin but if you did, you still have a chance to buy back.

I think bitcoin is not at all useless, to call it that way is unreasonable knowing bitcoin is expensive and the top cryptocurrency. It is definitely not useless and worthless as you portrayed it to be. If it is indeed useless then why investors pour so much investment to bitcoin despite of the transaction fees?

It seems to you that the transaction is very expensive? In my opinion, the West Union takes the minimum amount for transferring money to the other end of the world at a rate of 1%, which is much more than 28 pounds sterling from the transfer of 130 bitcoins.

I don't know where you had bought your BTC but the fee for moving 28 GBP is ridiculous (too high). But, this is not a problem of bitcoin, it's a problem of intermediary you are using.

Actually, bitcoin has a value only until people believe that it could cost higher in the future or that they could easily convert it to any currency in the future.
And this is normal. Look at any fiat money they are not backed by anything  - only believe.

As far as I understand the BTC technology is constantly developing which will make the network cheaper and faster. I've read Lightning network has already spread widely in some months, so we may see cheaper and faster transactions soon!
