"Lost in the blockchain"

Hi, I have 2 transaction, they are vissible in the blockchain, but not in my wallet ?!?!?  This is about "potcoin" and "42 coin" I have done all the steps to fix it but nothing worked. ( reload the blockchain, re-install the wallet and imported the wallet.dat file) I got a comment from a support guy from Cryptsy, " you are in the "Hard fork" whatever that is. I have tried to find an update of the wallet but there is no update for Mac available. Besides this it is impossible to get the "private key from both wallets.
Atm i'm lost and running out of options. So please any help would be appreciated.

You have to post your address or the transaction id before anyone here can offer you any help. "Potcoin" and "42 coin" are altcoins, not bitcoins, so please move your post to the alts subforum.

If there's been a hard fork of the blockchains for those coins, you probably need to update the wallets for them to their latest versions in order to see the transactions.

If you don't update ur client after a fork, well it'd be hard to then be on the right fork. also later try "checkwallet" in help>debug>console (if its available in those particular clients), then "repairwallet" (if it doesn't comeback as passed : true).

You could try running windows in a virtual machine on your mac. Then you could upgrade your wallet.

Thank u all for your respons, and u r all right, i need an update of the wallet. It worked for the Potcoins. Unfortunatly there is no update for the 42 wallet on a mac (yet). So i have to wait before i will see my coins back.

I'm late but this happened to me before with Huntercoins and the only thing you can do is to upgrade the wallet to the last version.
With me worked but I had to redownload the entire blockchain.
