If it is everything that is missing here it can be find either on website or in whitepaper. You don't need to ask this questions in forum thread to recieve the answers. You just need to read.

If BCT thread is not active doesn't mean that project is bad. A lot of decent projects without bounty campaigns recieving a lot of tractions outside the forum if the idea, concepts, team and solution is great. 0chain is one of them.

I'm not sure what info are you waiting for, because everything is available if you want to study it. 0chain probably will be not present on bitcointalk heavily, they are already gaining a lot of attention even without forum. Many people are shilling 0chain
