Hello everyone, I've listed a few dcr in my Poloniex account, but they do not come to my account, network confirmations are 74. I wrote the ticket, but no one answers me. Ticket nubmer 728206. Does someone have a problem lately? And what can I do except waiting?

There are several cases like yours if you'd check their MAIN THREAD. Also, Polo has a poor support plus there are tons of unsolved tickets so don't expect a reply too soon.  Last Jan 18, they tweeted this

Some balances are off and will be corrected. Forced liquidations are turned off temporarily.

How I understand, they said about history of change in balance upon cancellation of orders and not about deposit problems.

Deposit problems on Poloniex are mostly caused by slow networks of cryptocurrencies and when wallets are under maintance, which is for example actually on BTS, ARDR, BCN an Pink. Wallets must be updated on that coins and Poloniex seems not the fastest exchanger in updating wallets. Your DTR deposit should went through already, because wallets are working proper and you already had several confirmations. Sometimes deposits are showing only completed transactions and sometimes, when the first confirmations went through.

Slow moving network. If you have confirmed, you will definitely receive your penny. do not worry. and poloniex support. Do not look at them. I have sent a support ticket for 2 months, and still have no response Roll Eyes
