Mist wallet. What i can do with them?

I want to try to use Mist wallet for ERC20 tokens. Now they synchronised 100% (after more than 30 hours).
So what i want? I want to have one default address, where it will have ethereum balance, and another one address for token hold. Is it possible to send tokens from address B but to use ethereum from address A for fee?
I trying, making transaction but tokens still on the same address.
