so where is windows wallet?

It will be released at a later date, no later than 25th January 2018.

So basically you are going to copy the SpreadCoin repo and create a new coin without changing anything?
Shameful. Another "fork" of BTC to make money...
Can you explain to me what is going on here? Firstly I thought this coin was a Bitcoin Fork, then I realized this is not even a Bitcoin Fork, but used the Bitcoin name, isn't that weird?

Newer features will be implemented.

I like it, copying the REAL spreadcoin thread. Better than Georgem's.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=715435.0

Devs, could you please explain your history with Spreadcoin and why you are creating this fork?

Cheers.

We're in no way related to the original SpreadCoin developers. Just continuing where they've left off since 2016.

what exchanges this fork supported ? are you guys contacting bittrex for fork support ?

There have been a couple of very large purchases before the project started, something inexplicable when we didn't know about this project. So either the developers have economic reasons or there have been insider trading. Not good anyways.

Is bittrex and cryptopia going to support this hardfork by giving new coin credits if we have SPF in there ?? Or we should keep it in our personal wallet. Thanks

How are you going to distribute the airdrop?
What is your suggestion where we should hold our SPR on the 31. January? Personal wallet only or some of the exchanges will support the fork?

Yes, me too interesting - will Bittrex and Cryptopia support this fork?  And why your oficial website http://www.spreadcoin.info/ and twitter account has no update since more then 10 year? It is not trusty

No answer to the forking questions. Many are interested in this question..  Whats the best way to ensure we are apart of this fork....meaning how should we store them or should we leave them on the exchange? looking forward to your response as no one wants to be left out....

I am sorry to say, but without a proper explanation of the above questions this project looks like a cheap and failed pump attempt.

Awesome project and awesome news with great perspective and opportunity to get new bitcoin fork free coins! All the bitcoin forked coins have good value and are worth to invest in! It was so many examples taked place last year!
It is kinda sad that topic starter hasn't provided us with full information and explanation. But nevertheless may be it is the plan... or it is just an official post..like just to check the box you know....before the main promo and announcements are made.
Who give up this post gonna board the train with x2-3 price lol
I am in for sure!! Good luck!

It is sad that topicstarter starts his coin journey with silence.
For sure, we everybody know that you are working hard with inspecting code and so on..
But still community support is one of the most important goals in coin success.
There is silence in twitter also. What is going on?
It is common speaked phrase in my country - say "A"? - say "B"

I made a video about this situation:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IcRY4aEBHe0

At the very least it shows the power of the Bitcoin name/brand.
Are dead altcoins going to start forking and re-branding themselves with the Bitcoin name? Bspread says they are about to do this. If this actually happens and it is successful we could see a lot of copycats. This is a pure marketing move that leverages the strong Bitcoin brand. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. It is yet another reminder of the strength and value of the Bitcoin brand. There is only one Bitcoin and many entities want a piece of that pie so they can have a base of value for their product.

What about masternodes?! How many coins do we need?
What about ROI? I hope you can make high ROI with expensive masternodes.

There won't be masternodes. The technology is not there to create masternodes on the SpreadCoin chain. (BitcoinSpread is a fork of SpreadCoin, not Bitcoin)
The masternodes are available only in testnet and it has never been on the main net, they are still not ready for mass adaptation.

The only way to make masternodes work on a SPR chain is to put serious amount of time into the development. I can guarantee for you, a developer who announced this project and can not even log back to organise the community won't put months of coding into this 'project'.

You can't really compare it to any Bitcoin fork as this one is not a Bitcoin fork. This will be (if goes ahead) a SpreadCoin fork, nothing to do with Bitcoin. It has Bitcoin in it's name for marketing purposes only.
