What will you do with your Bitcoin in 2018? Will it become more valuable?

During the new year of 2018, many of us Bitcoiners have resolutions to make our capital and Bitcoin holdings grow. Most will hodl onto their coins for the long-term until Bitcoin reaches an all-time high that would satisfy their goals. Other will sell their Bitcoin when they start to see prices falling below their targeted goal.

One thing for sure, is that 2017 has brought us many exciting things for crypto land. Bitcoin and rest of altcoins in existence have risen in value exponentially over the course of the year. Now that 2018 is in its very beginnings, I would like to know what will you do with your Bitcoin (either hodl, buy more, or sell) and will the pioneer cryptocurrency rise further in price?

Whenever you just hodl your coins over the course of 2018 or sell them, Bitcoin will make many more millionaires. What are your thoughts?

I hope in 2018, we can reach our goals and I think it will be more valuable so we can work to reach more profits and we can have much of earnings. I think many people right now working hard to reach their goals and they are sure that in 2018, they can see their bitcoin grow because the price will increase more. and now, we are in 2018 with a new hope that we could do better than last year and we can fill our goals.

Well, I am pretty much inclined with bitcoin so I guess I would not resign from using it. I will invest and buy more bitcoins because I know it will skyrocket again after the holidays. In my opinion, bitcoin will become more valuable this year but I think it will be on mid-year. It will regain its 20000-dollar price first and I hope it would rise.

bitcoin will keep what it doing in 2017. many new investors will buy and hold bitcoin.
The year 2017 is the beginning, I am sure that the years that follow from 2019 to 2022 will see a rise in the price to levels of more than 30,000 dollars, then we will say that the price at the year 2017 was very cheap.

Whether I will keep my bitcoins or not, depends on how successfully bitcoin will cope in the near future with its problems. Now all the hope for a payment provider is Bitrefill, which can introduce a lightning network into bitcoin to solve all its problems. Bitcoin price going slow down in the end of 2017, I think bitcoin will back to its price what we want. I will hold bitcoin for bitcoin higher price because we know that bitcoin have huge value. Bitcoiner should hold their bitcoin in January because now its price is low.

Holding some coins and selling the rest as per need is the route many would take. But if you are not in need, it is wiser to hold longer given the current trend. Bitcoin is only looking up and that will be the trend for the time being.

For bitcoin, 2018 will be decisive in the sense that already this year the states should decide how to treat it and because it has grown in its value to record heights, what to do with it. I've been keeping some of my bitcoin since December 2017 and since then the price of bitcoin continue to drop so now I am planning to sell all my bitcoin and probably won't hold anything because of too much losses I incurred for holding. Maybe bitcoin investment same as holding is not a way for me to earn rather I should convert every coin I earn and put them in my bank account or invest to other kind of business something out of cryptos

Bitcoin has just started to grow on a large scale, it's much better to hold it as the profits that can be earned by selling it is very high. People like me who do hold bitcoin spend a part of savings in btc for trading and the other half foreign pure savings.

Agree. Bitcoin's growth during the past year is only the beginning. I believe that it may continue to rise in value over time as more people join it. This year, Bitcoin has started to slowly gain momentum, but it may speed up as more improvements come into the Bitcoin protocol such as The Lightning Network. Given the fact that Bitcoin is viewed among many people as a digital store of value, I’d say it's best to hodl onto our Bitcoins for the long-term.

The volatility in Bitcoin's price, make it a great way to make huge profits if you know how devise a strategy to gain advantage over the situation. Thus, the more valuable Bitcoin becomes, the more spending power it will leave us to buy virtually anything in the world. Just my opinion.

I do believe that its market value will be more expensive this year so the only thing that I am planning is to just hold and not to sell. So basically I don't have any ppans of selling it within this year. The reason is that, since the market value of Bitcoin for a long run is growing, so surely,benefit will be earned once its market value becomes more expensive in the future for holders.

Yes. Many Bitcoiners prefer to hodl onto their coins into the long-term instead of selling them. It would be a wise choice to hodl most of your coins into paper wallets or hardware wallets, while you only spend a very minimal amount of coins to contribute to the Bitcoin economy. The pioneer cryptocurrency has a bright future ahead of it and I believe that 2018 will bring many surprises towards its growth and long-term stability. Just my thoughts

I'm still holding some of then maybe around 30% as a sort of investment then the rest will be consumed for my personal expenses.
