Hi folks,

I hold an US-based account that I do intend to use to make wire transfers to a crypto exchange.

The problem is that I am a non-US resident and I have noticed that many exchanges that do accept wires do require residency status within the US.

I hold no SSN or any other local US id such as driver license etc.

Any ideas or suggestion of a crypto exchange with more relaxed rules for wire transfers from US bank accounts ??

**Why do that? Because using an US based bank account today is cheaper than doing SWIFT/Western Union/etc. transfers from my home country bank account. My homebank has direct transfers to the US based bank, because it is a branch under the same owner.
