Yeah this news is flashing and I think Raj Kundra might have promoted that or would have just become the brand ambassador and just would have taken the fees for showing the face and he himself might not have invested in it. But the truth will be unfold in coming time and hope he comes out clean else it will effect the Shilpa as well.

I am sure Raj Kundra is booked for advertising the scam and his involvement will be revealed after the investigation, there are many scams coming to light at this time and i am not sure how it will impact the market as there is a hearing coming up against the RBI circulation and i hope we will have a positive verdict, it is really pathetic that the government is not able to come up with regulation.

The matter is very subjective and need investigation. Raj kundra may also be a victim of that scam like many other ppl who joined it and then promoted it to there social media/friends to get more commission as referral, a typical formula of MLM scheme.

I remember in March 2017 there was a ASSOCHAM’s “Global Summit” On Bitcoin And Blockchain Technology where Mr. PP Chaudhary, the union minister of state for law and justice and electronics and information technology were also present.

It was a stage from where ppl came to know about Amit bharadwaj, No body actully know, who is going to become a scammer.

Shilpa shetty and few other celeb were also tweeted to promote this scam that time.

It is true that their is no scope in MLM it will surely end in scam. This type of news only create more fud for bitcoin negativeness, but still bitcoin will come up. due to this type no one can tell that bitcoin is the reason as even in fiat currency also MLM scheme is running so does it mean illegal using fiat currency.
