Evidently it's taking a stand defending the guy that attempted to trademark bitcoin AFTER it was common law trademarked.

"You want to fight against a guy for attempting to trademark Bitcoin? Why? Because you didn't think of it first? Good on him for scaring some people into wanting to learn the law a bit more and stopping to think about what Bitcoin will be in 10 years if we stand still. Shame on you."
