I have few Coinbase old accounts which are not in use for some time if any one want to buy we can discuss about cost and all other things

Hm, does an empty coinbase account be it "old" or "new" have any value ?  Huh 

I guess only if's got very high trade limits, then yes, could be valuable for someone who needs an account to trade good. With their stupidly strict system and low starting buy/sell/trade limits it's hard to get your account to a level where they'd let you do at least $50-100k+ transfer volume. And with their support often being too busy/backed up/overflown, and sometimes pretty dumb it sometimes gets to the point where I need to drive down to San Fran and punch some people in the mouth.
