What happen with the new version?
I have the new server only for Zetacoin to relanch multi-pool.info pool, but the daemon is now taking more of 1GB or RAM while downloading the blockchains.

Before I run 4 pools together with 2GB ram, so 512MB of ram is the common value a daemon takes.

I'm also seeing massive memory usage with the newer version, both on Ubuntu & Windows.......

This is the case why my testings are failed in my VPS Smiley Eat much more memory than other wallets (more than 1GB for daemon)

Seeing the same thing. Any ideas Giskard?

The daemon uses around 1 GB on my seed node. It hasn't been able to run on 512MB for a while now.

This appears normal for almost 5 million blocks in the chain. This is similar to other coins that has 2+ years of blockchain data.

I have other coin in pool that are very old, but it was running in the same server without memory problem.

The problem, for me, it that after downloading less that 5% of blockchains, it uses more that 1GB in increasing rate!
I can understand that with 100% blockchains it could take near 1GB, but not with 5% downloaded.

Hey, is zetacoin still going?

Of course. The code base was recently upgraded to be on par with Bitcoin 0.11.2 and the chain just reached 5 million blocks!

Interesting, with the rising price of Bitcoin Zetacoin's value has held.  Which means anyone holding ZET is also gaining.

Interesting, with the rising price of Bitcoin Zetacoin's value has held.  Which means anyone holding ZET is also gaining.

Zetacoin is more expensive that bitcoin Smiley now and forever the new coins will be mined 1coin/block = 60 zet per hour. Bitcoin is 25*6=150btc/hour after nex halving will be 75/hour (again more that zetacoin)

Yes, but of course the yobit wallet is in "maintainance" while the fake pump is in progress - because yobit are pure scammers.

Don't use or trust Yobit. Ever.

PIA went evil: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5203968.msg53160131#msg53160131 Unofficial & Uncensored SYSCOIN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4748031.0    Do not trust Yobit/HitBTC/BiteBTC/coinsbit/p2pb2b/Mercatox/C-cex/Poloniex/WEX/KuCoin/LiveCoin/TheRockTrading/Bitfinex/ADAB/Okex/TradeSatoshi/Gate.io/Changelly/Freewallet.org scam exchanges or ICO's by known scammers like HashCoins/Ambisafe/Bountyhive - they WILL scam you! Use diligence & research. Buy coins, sell coins - don't invest in stupid shit. If your questions aren't answered - don't touch it.
