Yes, it's always a good idea to assume that the entire network structure is down because your phone cannot connect to real nodes.

It seems you missed the full weight of my sarcasm, so I'll spell it out for you:

• The network doesn't need "help"*.
• The issue is with you/your phone.

*While having more nodes is always better, if you can only connect to "Joe's Datacenter" (0.95% of the existing live and active nodes), the issue is you and you can't actually "help".
