EXMO.com SCAM: Withdrawal says Paid. But After 2 weeks no Transaction!

What happened::

I asked for a BTC Withdrawal on 21/12/2017 16:56.

In my Transactions history, the status says Paid:

I opened a support ticket on 24th December. Never got any response.

UPDATE: After posted in the Exmo thread, Support awnsered my ticket and confirmed the transaction on 04/01/2018.

I have a similar problem. Support is not answering my tickets and mails. Support Chat is not working. In trade Chat nobody has any clue.

Is there any way someone will resolve my issue in decent time? It's been more than 20 hours with my ETH withdrawing from you in some pending state. I'm trying to pay you more fees and you won't let me.

Hoped to move more funds to your platform but now not sure as 3.28 ETH withdrawal seems to be a problem for EXMO. Up till now it was all great and decent platform. Hope this is not a scam. Could you help?
