the coin seems not to be scam, the problem is that all the transactions are f^ckt up! mining pools, exchanges, wallet, everything is down, that's why nobody recieves any coins.... for miners, use arcpool. I've tested it and it works.

Since 3:20 am no transactions from the pool, but the pool data states otherwise. The wallet shows that is synced but obviously I am missing transactions for the past 17 hrs. Is this a blockchain problem? Any official statement will help since I am not the only one missing transactions....

yeah i have the same problem, try to resync the wallet but stuck a 7 hours, remove all file but wallet.dat and try again, no change

It's likely that they have not updated to the new wallet.
