They must have access to the internet but I guess most people do these days, even with just a few dollars it is possible to have a low end second hand mobile...

Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

they can get bitcoin in paper form like what you get when using Bitcoin ATM.

pieces of paper with public and private address after that they can import the private key to any wallet "just show the private key to any scanner" and get the money.

Important point

you must have some knowledge and internet access to use bitcoin.
I believe thus was a good idea. This looks as of some kind if an offline bitcoin. Almost similar to bank cheques or check only with a private key. There just one thing in mind that is a bit of a problem, "How will the beggar get a hold  of such a printed and offline form a bitcoin?" So the beggar should have just received it from another person . "Isn't this another problem for a beggar to understand what this bitcoin was all about?" Well given the situation that he only begs for alms then maybe he might not be able to understand it. These are the things that bothers me with it but I like the idea.

Good thing their is no discrimination on bitcoin, anybody can access as long as you have gadget to use and wifi connection. If a beggar really wants to join bitcoin then they need to put an effort to have those requirement needed.

They can't. They strictly will require paper money. If there was no paper money, they would probably ask for other things, or move on to something else. Their market will be different.

If this will happen, the government should provide a free bitcoin center where computers with free internet access be available to all beggars only to access their account and make any transactions, provided that certain rules must be followed. A free tutorial also should be provided in a wide screen enabling the beggars to learn just by watching. The government should be encourage to cooperate and allocate a fund on this matter.

I think most beggars do not know the existence of BTC!

They only care about their food and clothing!

Even if you know BTC, he has no network to access BTC, no cell phone to store BTC!

The beggars doens't have a good amount of knowledge to understand on how to use computers because they are beggars because they can't find a job and that is the reason for this thing to be impossible to happen that the beggars can access bitcoin, beggars will stay being beggars and they can earn money if they will have a real job and not access bitcoin because they can't.

yes and as long as they can access internet in everywhere they can access bitcoin too especially if they can have a cellular phone which connects to the internet. the beggars could have bitcoin by many ways, they can also try to earn bitcoin from the freeway and if they can find a wifi connection then they don't have to pay for internet connection and this will make them can work related with bitcoin like what we did.

A beggar won't really care about accessing bitcoin because he doesn't know anything about it. And even if he does, he can't really do anything about it until he gets access to internet. He first need to think how to get access to food and shelter.

Bitcoin is just a digital currency where we can create paper money as well as we convert it. currently, we are able to use the fat in both forms that are physical ways and digital ways both. For now, we are limited to digital ways of transferring for the bitcoin except the concept of the paper wallet. But that's not convenient one if considered for daily use.that moment happens where world finally adopts to modernization, I'm sure governments would make a special program to the poor or rather maybe we don't have any poor at that time. But if someone really wants to help the beggars that person can give in kinds and not just in currency. Anyway, beggars need most food, clothing, and shelter, if cryptocurrency will be given them and to think they are beggars, I don't think they also have phones and internets.

Bitcoin was supposed to be a currency, where a person can send any amount of Bitcoins to any other person in any part of the world within 10 mins and with lowest possible fees.
But now, due to a major increase in Bitcoin’s popularity, the time taken for completeing a transaction has increased and is taking more time than 10 mins. In some cases upto 2 hours and in some extreme cases, Bitcoin was not even transferred.

As for me, the government should be responsible to help this less fortunate people. It's sad to say but the government has not taken seriously to provide funds and shelter for them.
If the bitcoin will become mainstream in the future, it will be difficult for the beggars as this will add to there agony in how to transact and learn the crypto system which I think it will be complicated for them. I'm hoping that sooner a new platform will be develop with easy transaction with this type of people. I seen a ICO for giftcoin for tracking of your donations, maybe the next will be begcoin. Who knows cryptocurrency has no limitation and full of surprise.

If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?
No it can't be access by anyone and as what you've said it is hard for the beggars to ope up with this situation so i think it is really better for us not to use bitcoin as a replacement for money because there are still people who doesn't even know how to use computers or any gadgets.

There are beggars in my country who earn $1000 per month or above. I will not be surprised if they have invested in bitcoins. Of course, they will have to take help of children as they might not be aware of doing net transfer and registering accounts on exchange. Note that I am talking of beggars who are begging near big temples or very crowded markets.

I reckon, a smart phone and knowledge about the system will help them earn some money. Bitcoins are very convenient and useful.

They must have access to internet to do some transactions and it is important to have some knowledge about it.
They cant have it unless they have someone who will give tagt to them. Remember that they are a beggar so they dont have any gadget that we have. If there is a good samaritan that will help and teach me how to earn bitcoin then thats the time where beggar can access bitcoin. Honestly bitcoin doesnt choose any class in society as long as you know how to use and you have internet and gadget.

I think if there are no more fiat money because it is already a digital currency world then beggars will not be begging for money anymore. They will beg for food and other material things that they need for the day. But i am sure the government will take action if this scenario will happen.
