It's a bit impolite to not pay out people  I agree with you, but still. If he is in the hospital or something like that and simply can't refill the hot wallet, then it's quite impolite to talk about a different website in his own topic. I really, really doubt he scammed. He came over as trustworthy and build up a good reputation during his time on this forum. Also, turning this into a scam would probably make him less BTC then just putting it into maintenance mode, so it doesn't even make any sense and he seems smarter than that.
