How does it actually "enforce" food quality?
If it enforces from the "supply chain + authenticity of product" angle, how does it differentiate from other projects that are supply chain specific?

Project's aim is to track the documents and data authenticity, and also supply chain. We are fighting for quality food. We are trying to increase products verifications. Our goal is to create community, that would discuss quality and data verification. We are working on the metric, due to the Ecos system it would be possible to make a claim if data is not authentic. Our orientation is directed to the work with laboratory and the government. We help to prevent counterfeit and bureaucracy.
