Usually based on the trend it will dump, I still follow the buy the Rumor and sell the news thing because it has been giving me profit.

I think you are analyzing the different way. The more tokens in the open market makes it better. 35 million tokens in the hands of the devs is also very high. They can slowly dump it while the price increases and possible huge dumps when a pump happens. Steady growth is still possible but huge rallies will be very hard to maintain its support.
