Unopened, untampered Casascius coin for sale loaded with 1 BTC.  Kept in my home safe since Feb 2013 when I bought it.  $16,000 in cashier's check or money order takes it.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Are you going to prove you have the coin, and is escrow an option? Because nobody is going to send a newbie $16k upfront that's for sure.
