Secured loans are usually the best way to obtain a Bitcoin loan. A lender is not likely to loan without assurance that the money will be repaid. This is where our service comes to the action.

How?

Collateral Escrow + Broker service...

The following guidelines will help you to fully understand our sevice.

Lender – Go here and fill the form. Your information will be added to our database.
https://goo.gl/forms/Tus1kUKAz4LtwSae2

Loan seeker – Go here and let us know about your requirement.
https://goo.gl/forms/EQvRykWDe6deSO9r2

How it works? (Basics)

    1. Loan seeker contacts us directly and provide us required information.
    2. We check the collateral, its validity and worth.
    3. We aware lenders about the loan request.

Collateral rules...

     •   Collateral should be something associated with an account we can access through the Internet by using username & password.
     •   Collateral must be worth enough due to the loan you request.
     •   You must change account editing/verifying methods to appropriate options we provide (like email, PHONE/SMS, 2FA… Etc), then you can send us login information.
     •   You should not have negative trust herein bitcointalk.org forum

Advantages of our service...

For loan seekers,

As loan seeker, you’ll get following advantages by using our service.

     •   Your privacy is protected.
     •   You’re safe from collateral thieves (People who grab the collateral and disappear).
     •   You don’t need bargain to anyone.
     •   We save your time.

For lenders,

As lender, you’ll get following advantages by using our service.

     •   You’re protected from scammers. scammers act as,

        * People who get back the collateral by using gimmicks.
        * People who use bogus collaterals.

     •   We help you to lend due to the exact worth of the collateral.

Example...

Person “A” requires “$X” worth loan in BTC and he’s ready to repaying “$Y” in “Z” days.

    1.   Person "A" sends us a request.
    2.   We check collateral information the loan seeker has given.
    3.   We contact lenders from our database and aware them about the loan request.
    4.   When a lender is agreed, we contact the loan seeker and ask him to change collateral’s account settings as we assert and send us login information. Then we take control of the account by using information collateral owner has provided. Since now, collateral owner can access/use the account (if he needs), but, account changes can’t be verified without our help.
    5.   We submit collateral account’s login information to the lender (for the confirmation process) + loan seekers btc address.
    6.   Lender sends funds to loan seeker.

Repaying...

    7.   We contact both borrower (loan seeker, previously) and lender 2 days before the due date. There we’ll get lender’s btc address and send it to the borrower.
    8.   borrower settles the balance.
    9.   We release the collateral to the owner.

Fees...

There’s no service fee for loans below $20.

For loans above $20, No loan seeker or lender would be charged any service fee at the lending process. Both borrower and lender would be charged $1 service fee at the repaying process.

How?

Lender: We’ll send lender’s payment receiving btc address to the borrower after lender paying $1 service fee to us.
Borrower: We’ll release collateral after borrower paying $1 service fee to us.

(For the service fee, we’re supported at any Altcoins with low transaction fee or Paypal, Payza and Skrill)

Lender – Go here and fill the form. Your information will be added to our database.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Case study#1

Yes, why would anyone trust you? If you were on this list:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0

then I wouldn’t mind letting you act as middle man and collateral custodian.

Trust is a contentious and sensitive element of crypto transactions. Far more trusted members here struggle to win the trust and confidence of traders. Why would they choose your escrow and broker service instead?

To win the trust of the community, you must have had a history of contributing positively and constructively on this forum. An impeccable trust rating, an unblemished reputation, verifiable references and flawless credibility all count and qualify one to act as escrow.

Fly by night services created overnight are seen as dodgy. Shady.

Contributing positively, constructively, impeccable trust rating, unblemished reputation, verifiable references and flawless credibility.

That’s what the replier has specified for the trust.

Ok, think along this….

Somebody sells a Hero or legendary account rich with all above qualities the replier has specified, but, unfortunately, the account buyer is a scammer. You believe what he’s saying (Because he’s rich with everything above) and deposit money. He collects all the money and vanishes.

In real world's view,

Stats and numbers can’t give a certificate about anybody's contributing positively, constructively, impeccable trust rating, unblemished reputation, verifiable references and flawless credibility. You must follow him and study him due to your knowledge, experience and common senses.

Thank you.

Having a trading history. Then he might be accepted with lower amounts.

None of the business were successful overnight. I respect on all statements you've given on the reply due to the depth of your own awareness.

Honestly though saying that would just encourage trade farming and rep farming. Like the confidence loans mentioned in the stickies probably being a contributing member, have a decent history, etc would be more appropriate

That link is outdated and very misleading. Do not share it again. This is an example of an updated (more or less) list: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=276897.0.

Someone would need to be out of their mind to trust you instead of established escrows (some with rather very low fees if that is a concern).

Thanks for that. Noted and will point to that updated link in the future.
