well yes I am deciding between the 2.. B250 Mining expert is available here in my country and cheaper than the H110.. should I get the B250 Mining expert ? any difference?

If it's cheaper and available, then go for it. While you probably won't take full advantage of the 19 slots, you should be able to match the ASROCK H110 mining board without any additional difficulty.

Off the top of my head, the Asus B250 board can support 2 or 3 PSUs without requiring the paper clip trick or a similar device, and the slots are spaced out to avoid contact between risers (although this is usually solved quite easily with electrical tape).

No need for add2psu for using more than 2 psu. And we can check if our GPU got error when system start on POST.
