Fantastic input so far.

I'm filtering through these and love the arguements made against others comments.

I've already got over $2000 on Siacoin / $2000 in BTC / $1000 in XRP and $100 scattered on different Cryptos.

So currently:

These are the ones that caught my attention from your posts made in this thread:

XVG - Verge: This looks interesting, so will be researching it more.
Etherium: I got ETC atm, which has declined strongly from when I invested. Where I'm HODL until it grows to profit.

There are other coins such as:

NAV
Strat
ICON

I also keep seeing: OMG coin: Pop up quite often in a lot of threads but not 100% certain about this coin with 0 knowledge on it. Will need to look into it.

Hi guys,

I do appreciate that a lot of you out there take a lot of time and invest into different cryptocurrencies after researching and also obviously taking other strong experienced users opinions.

I've current invested largely in the following coins:

XRP
SC - Siacoin
Strat
Etherium
Bitcoin

I have $2000 extra from my pay-cheque this month and was hoping to put it on some cryptocurrencies.

Could you please give me your opinion on which coins you feel would be worth covering in 2018 and why. I would greatly appreciate all opinions and comments.

Thank you

Kind regards,
-D

check out substratum, oyster pearl and deepbrain chain! you can make massive profits with these in q1 2018

+ always keep some ether, because ether wont go down.

I think you already got good amount of altcoins so it is time for some ICO investments which give more profits than the altcoins but make sure that it is not SCAM ICO  before investing on them, you have to research about the development team and also read the whitepaper carefully which helps you to pick good ICOs and split your investments into two or three ICOs to reduce the risk factors.

How do you identify Low MarketCap Coins. I never understood how Low Marketcap or High Marketcap ever influences the value of the coin.

If I were you. That I would buy for 2000$ ethereum. The price keeps growing and you earn a profit. Then I would start looking for good ICO or the upcoming news about a coin. Then for an ETH would buy it. I'm buying ADA and AION now. In my opinion, these are good prospects.

XRP has potential, Sia is also interested in investors. But according to my assessment still give priority to ETH. With $ 2000 for ETH investment will be better because it is less fluctuate, collected Higher profits from each camp when paid by ETH.

Top coin are more safe but little lower reward.
Further the top will have better reward, its your call.
If you have gamle hobby, you can put some in MCO. I heard it will be good in couple of month. Longer time we have COLX.
I understand my suggestion will cause some confuse and affect the coin, I suggest you do carefully research.
Also, as people always say: invest what you can afford to loose.

For me investing in lowcap coins is better than investing with these highcaps, profits would be x100 or more.

Your current choices are interesting.
It seems like you are just following the advice of Mcafee or other youtube pumpsters offering "advice".
If you are, then that style of investing is not sustainable.

I recommend you buckle down and start making some good decisions based off your own research and knowledge.
Shift from going off of others' recomendations to making educated trade choices based off of knowledge.

The suggestions in bitcointalk will be 80% people just shilling their coin for profit, so be careful.
But, you can take their suggestions and do your own research.

My advice, is to go another route, it looks like you haven't done an ico yet, so why not try one?
Again, you will have to do a lot of research, but 2k is a good sum to put into an ico.

I'm a hypocrite by saying be careful about people recommending coins, but here is my recomednation:
Titanium ICO

Do your own research, you will soon find it to be an incredible, solid project.

If I were you, I would split the $2,000 to at least $100 or more per coin/token. I would recommend some that are below $0.20 in value, so that you could own more coins or tokens.

Here are the ones that I recommend for you to split your $2,000:

*Electroneum
*Dogecoin
*Tron
*Reddcoin
*Digibyte
*Bytecoin
*Dent
*Verge
*Funfair
*Decentraland

I hope this advice helps you a bit. However, the decision is still yours to make. Just learn how to manage the risks later on.

Good luck!

I suggest invest your 1000$ which is 50% of your amount in Ehtereum because many many people are taking interest in Eth and I believe that it will go up and also invest the rest of money on some other coin and hope for the best.

Looks like a nice list,

I may invest into these, I just dont see Dogecoin as one I would invest in. But rest looks decent enough.

Will add all of them to my Blockfolio.

Any advice on when to cash out. Can't HODL forever. - PRofit of 100%/ 200% - what is good way of doing so? Any tips?

If I were you, I will invest 80% of this money in to ethereum. Ethereum is an established altcoin with a lot of users and supporters. I am sure preserving one's capital should be any investor's priority. Ethereum network is very safe and it's prospect for capital gain is also very high!

you are absolutely right to love everything, but the fact that everyone makes a choice in favor of the etherium, says that the demand for this coin will be very large or concerning this with me it will go up too. Therefore, today it is given a good opportunity to invest its funds in the etherium.
