Thanks for the update on KuCoin and It's good to know they handled the situation by themselves this time, and I wish every exchange is proactive like them  So, Kucoin's DeepOnion wallet went offline for a couple of days to update the wallet. Does this mean that Cryptopia hasn't done the update? Because I don't remember them having a downtime. I remember I read that Cryptopia updated its wallet last week, but I'm not aware of any downtime... That's why I'm wondering about it because I don't remember there being any downtime. I don't use Cryptopia, not for DeepOnion anyway (because Kucoin is a much better alternative), this is more of a concern for others who will trade on Cryptopia. Anyway, I think there would be some kind of announcement from DeepOnion if Cryptopia had not updated. Not because they have to but because I've seen how much they care for everything to be in order. |

Of course I would welcome a new expanded and updated version but it doesn't seem urgent to me. Good thing if it's coming and you guys are please though  Yep old one is good too Because lot of things has been changed since old one. Goes to show how important costumer support is! Poloniex suck ass in that aspect.
I've had tickets waiting to be responded for 2 months. People don't want to fell unsafe when dealing with large sums..
People still use that exchange?  It was one of my fav back in start of 2017 I think so, it was quite popular back in the days so there will be people who are attached to it. |

I never used it nor I intend to. After good and secure servers customer support really needs to be top notch on crypto exchanges. |

Where it describes what it's going to be all about, and not updated once those features are out. |
