Don't sell anything or else you regret later. This is not a good time to sell what token or coin we have because if you see crypto market not stable. Bull run is not started so more patience is your needed before sell everything.

Did you noticed that when bitcoin price goes lower the same thing happened with almost all altcoins?

If the bitcoin value rises, the altcoins also arise since the altcoin goes with the trends of bitcoin. So, since bitcoin now is so low, then as expected, the altrcoin value are low also. So we just need to hold also out altcoins until the bitcoin value goes up in order that your altcoin value will be soild at a great amount.

  I think sell some amount of your altcoins but not all maybe a half of the coin's value then invest the money you got into bitcoin. Definitely no, I have also some altcoins and I am confused first and thinking of selling it . But if I sell it I also know it will become a loss so I choose to hodl it until the market turns to green again.

a strategy similar to mine. by selling a small asset and also doing a long-term hold. normally I will hold within 6 months,and prices have increased

If we look back on the history of crypto, then we can see that selling assets when a low price is never a good idea unless we buy back and collect more at a low price, but If we really need funds, then we will sell it just a little or a few alts that we have just to cover the shortage of funds wrote, but not all Alts we sell only we need a little money, but when the price goes back again we sell all our assets, so we get a lot of profit .

If you are really in panic I can advise you to quit for sometime, and then when the market would recover again you can enter back by doing that you would not experience any loss.
