It means anything, but NEO is not only the one that claimed to be the chinese version of ethereum. i heard another project that similar to the neo just like ETP try to compete with it. But neo has so many advantages to it.

Beside that issue scalability of Ethereum make NEO to be good choice to become platform of smart contract. In my prediction price of NEO can to reach $400 because the fundamental of this coin so strong.
