Yes, and I hope that people will know that if the game based on gambling doesn't have a "fair" because they want to make money from the player. I doubt if there is any 100 percent fair online gambling site which give equal chance to their customer to win or loss. I think you need to learn about provably fair system first before judging that there is  no 100% fair online gambling site. One other misunderstanding you make is, fair is not about giving you equal chance of win or lose. Fair is more about that the site have no ways to manipulate the result.
