I would have to agree that Josh whoever he is, has done the wrong thing stealing your name, when i google paycoin this comes up first and is easier to find than his coin, tbh the fact that he is stealing the name proves to me that this is all short term bullshit, and he is not worried about a court case, cause he will have stopped using the name in a few months after he has ripped everyone off, everyone remember hashlets, they were a stolen idea aswell, and they where and are complete little scams, im thinking might be a good time to buy original paycoin thuogh, any attention is good attention  , and only arrogant queefs and idiots are not worried about being sued mate so try not to stress, you told him to get his fingers away from the power point, your bit is done, now just figure out how much you all want for the name and have a lawyer do you up a claim, if you dont want to part with it do him for damages, ill be keeping an eye on this, seems interesting

Forked the repo last night in case somebody gets smart.  It won't build, some files are missing but we can fix that later.  This coin really was a mess [but still held up better than the broke CopyCat wannabe PayCoin] I'll say that.

This coin is now under the full control of the PayCoin community.

Listen you little bitch, I'm not a philanthropist, and I never pretended to be - I am involved in crypto for one and only one reason, because I'm an investor and I want to make money.  This is what I got two college degrees for and this is what I love doing and I have never said that I am in crypto for the bullshit ideology, which I have said from day one that it's all a lie. 

Bitcoin and all the idiots pumping out decentralized/anonymous lies are total bullshit and in time I will be proven right [once again].

Fact is I was a 4%-5% owner of PayCoin (the Original) for over a year - LONG before this sack, Josh Garza, ever farted the name PayCoin out of his mouth.

And I didn't buy PayCoin to give to the tooth fairy or to save the planet, I bought it to make money and I bought it mostly for its name which is now being stolen.

The fact I also hate to see my investment as well as that of others being unlawfully, and unjustly stolen - is simply the cherry on top of my PayCoin cake.

Now go do a good deed for someone cause you're obviously not risking  your money in crypto for profits, no, you're here to give all your money and time away for free.

The battle is lost imo , Josh and GAW have the resources behind them to lawyer up and kill the orginal paycoin.  If you were as smart as you say you are you should have started buying the new coin up cheap or
mining it.  That's what I'm doing right now , I'll buy below $5 when the dump happens and have mined around 50 coins so far.

That's not how the law works. Any prior use in same industry invalidates the trademark filing if opposition is filed.

If PYC was no longer being developed and no longer traded on a major exchange, I think there would be some legitimacy to XPY, there's gotta be a way to consolidate...

This is interesting. Was there ever a case of 2 parties trying to claim the same altcoin name?

At least answer if you're still working on updates for PYC. I know you're still browsing, because your profile information shows when you were last logged in. If you care about the coin at all, you should at least keep people informed. It just makes people uneasy and not want to support the coin, if the dev hasn't posted anything for nearly a month.
