I've withdrawn bitcoin from my account at CEX.io to my wallet at bittrex but it doesn't show up in my wallet when I check the transaction at CEX I got this message "Output is unspent and has no children"
what shall I do now?

What's the wallet address you withdrew to?
Have you tried contacting their support, if not then do so.
Also, how much did you have in your wallet and what was the withdraw fee?

More simple way to do is to check the bittrex deposit address first if it recieves any coins from you, if there is the transaction then there is actually no problem besides the fee issue. If there is no transaction there about your withdrawal from cex.io then you should contact their support

There is nothing wrong.
This just means the output ('the coins you withdraw') hasn't been moved from the destination address yet.

Did you check your transaction in a block explorer[1]? Did your transaction got confirmed?
If it already got confirmed you have to contact the bittrex[2] support. If it didnt confirm yet (maybe because of a too low fee) you have to contact CEX[3] support, since its their fault.

the amount is 0.0229 BTC and the fee is 0.001 BTC

I already checked and it's not confirmed it shows the wallet address with the amount unconfirmed

You can give your transaction ID to a miner on the service section to see if they'll include it into the next block they mine.
Or you can try free transaction accelerators like ViaBTC or Antpool.

If neither of these have still confirmed, you can look on the services section as there's a few free TX accelerators that might help you with getting your transaction confirmed. Viabtc/antpool accelerators are slow for the free ones or expensive although the transactions are very large. And also contact cex.io's support as I'm not sure if cex still mine or not and they can add it to their miners' priority list.
